3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare an offer, plan a potential BOB experience, manage related communication and protect the website from misuse. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, a potential booking and any applicable accounting or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. You may also contact the competent Finnish data-protection authority.

9. Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be used, but no online service is risk-free. This notice may be updated as the business, providers or legal requirements develop.
